Gregory started studying the classical saxophone at the age of eight years in the class of Mr. Robi Arend. Afterwards, to further develop his classical playing, he continued his saxophone studies in the class of Mr. Marco Pütz at the Conservatory of Luxembourg City, where he received the "Diplôme Supérieur" with "Distinction" in 2016.

Furthermore, Gregory also took piano lessons and studied the jazz saxophone in the class of Mr. Pierre Cocq-Amann as well as, for example, sight-reading lessons and chamber music. All of these helped him widen his view and capabilities on working in different styles and with various instruments.

During the last years and up to now, Gregory had the opportunity to participate in different music projects, as for example a masterclass with the military band of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in 2014 and in 2016 as well as a masterclass with the European Union Youth Wind Orchestra in 2015 and the project "Side By Side" with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Luxembourg (OPL) in 2016.

As a student of the jazz department in the Conservatory of Luxembourg, Gregory studied jazz theory and harmony with David Laborier and Gast Waltzing which helped him a lot developing his theoretical knowledge of Jazz. During those studies, he was also an active member of several jazz ensembles as well as the BigBand of the conservatory. Moreover, Gregory took lessons in classical harmony in the class of Mr. Roland Kaber. This course helped him to get a lot of experience in classical composition and analysis.
